We had lived in the same house for 40 years. We decided to move to a condo. We thought we knew what we were looking for. Kurt worked with us and every time we viewed a condo, he would find out more about what we liked and what we didn't like. he kept adjusting the criteria for our search based on what we told him. We looked for 4 moths, but finally found exactly what we wanted. It was a pleasure working with Kurt for the viewings, and then Keenan for the final closing of the deal. It was a very competitive market, but Kurt advised us to use a particular strategy when we made our offer on the condo, and ours was the offer that was accepted.

Next, we used Keenan to put our house on the market. We were advised to do it and have the showings while we were on vacation. It seemed strange to do that, but we did. Our house had multiple offers and we were constantly kept informed via email. We accepted the offer we selected and signed it through the email system. By the time we returned home, our house was sold and we closed within 3 weeks.

I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything went through the entire process. It was a pleasure to work with Kurt and Keenan and I definitely recommend them.
