How it works
- Work with our agents to determine which projects you would like to complete that can increase the value and salability of your home.
- Create an estimated budget with contractor quotes & determine homeowner equity.
- Sign the loan documents.
- Contractors get to work completing the improvement projects.
- List your home for sale with our team when work is complete.
- Pay for the concierge program improvements when any of the following occurs: your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with our team as your designated agents, or six months pass from the completion of the concierge program improvement work.

When do I have to pay for the services?
You’ll pay once one of the following happens (whichever occurs first): - Your home sells - You terminate your listing agreement with us - 6 months pass from your Concierge start date
